How do I upgrade to a paid subscription?
Easy... First, get logged in. Then at the left hand
side of the screen, you will see a yellow button with the words 'Subscribe
Now'. Click on it. (Alternatively you can use the link at the top of the
page entitled Subscribe)
Now you should be on our subscription page. Choose your preferred subscription package and click on it. This
will take you to our secured payment page where you can review and enter
your card details.
On this page, you can also click the link for
subscription terms. Please read them carefully before you make a payment
as they are our contract with you.
Which cards do you accept?
Most major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Switch/Maestro and Solo cards.
Why was my card not accepted?
Don' t panic. It's likely to be an inputting error, so carefully check all these points
- Card number entered with spaces - The long number embossed across
the centre of the front of your card should be entered as a continuous
string with no spaces. See example:
- Wrong: 1234 5678 9012 3456
- Right: 1234567890123456
- Card details entered incorrectly - Please ensure that all information from your card is entered fully and accurately. If your card does not have a 'Valid From' date please leave this section blank.
If all this is tickety-boo and our site still won't accept your payment, it's likely to be for one of these reasons below:
- Your card expired - Please ensure that your card is still valid and has not passed its expiry date.
- Your card has been declined by issuer - If your payment is declined please contact your card issuer for further advice.
I'm worried about using my card online, is it safe?
We can't speak for any other sites, but it's
perfectly safe to use your card on GirlsDateForFree. We use a secure payment
portal that employs the most advanced encryption techniques
available.
Because of this encryption, a card transaction on GirlsDateForFree
is actually more secure than a card transaction in a shop. So you can have
complete peace of mind while flirting and frolicking!
Is it a repeat subscription?
Yes. Every subscription package on GirlsDateForFree
involves a repeat payment unless expressly stated otherwise.
This means
that we'll continue to bill your card on a monthly or three-monthly basis
until you cancel it. But you can cancel your repeat payments at any time
without losing any active dating subscription time.
Please note that
it is your responsibility to cancel your payments before the due date.
Otherwise you will continue to be charged accordingly, unfortunately, we
are unable to offer any refunds.

How do I cancel my repeat payments?
It couldn't be simpler. Just log in to your account and then click on 'Payment history' at the top of the screen which is part of the 'My Profile' menu.
Then click on the cancel button under your payment history.
If you cannot see this text, this means that your subscription has already been cancelled.
If for any reason you cannot log in to your account, or you have any other enquiries about your subscription, please send us a message on our feedback service and we'll get straight on to it.
I don't have a credit or debit card. How else can I subscribe?
Don't worry. There are a couple of ways to subscribe to GirlsDateForFree without using a credit or debit card:

Please include a covering letter that states the name of the site (in this case GirlsDateForFree), your full name, screenname and registered email address with your payment, so that we can quickly identify your account.
How can I subscribe by mobile phone?
When logged in to your account, click on the link at the top of the page that reads 'Subscribe Now'.
This will take you to a page with a link that reads ' Subscribe by phone'. Click on that link and follow the instructions provided.
How long does it take for my subscription to take effect?
Can't wait to start flirting, can you? Well don't
worry, because if you pay by credit card, your subscription is effective
immediately. So you can start messaging and chatting to unlimited numbers
of singles straight away.
Mobile phone payments can take up to 24 hours
to clear and if you pay by post, you'll have to wait until the payment
reaches us before we can upgrade you to paid personals status.
How can I see details of my payments?
You can see a full statement of all payments
including date, amount and card number by clicking on My Account when logged in.
If you cannot get access to your statement and need to do so, you can request a copy via feedback.
